Download the form from PTS website and fill by hand-writing. (Application Forms Available onwww.pts.org.pk )
Must read all the instructions mentioned on the Application Form. Carefully.
After filling the form, candidate should post his/her form alongwith Original Deposit Slip.
Deposit fee Rs.400/- for each post in prescribed bank. Form should reach on or before 26-06-2019 through Courier.
