Application forms along with attested copy of CNIC , Domicile and educational / experience documents should reach at Border Health Service –Pakistan ,Block -47 ,Pak Secretariat ,Saddar , Karachi

Incomplete and improper fill application form shall not be entertained

By hand submission of application shall not be entertained

No TA/DA shall be admissible for test/interview
