Both male / female candidates having domicile of province of the Punjab are eligible to apply .

Candidates are advised to bring their original certificates / documents at the time of interview .

Attested copies of educational qualification certificates ( matric , FSC, MBBS along with each years transcript , two latest passport size photographs ,domicile certificates and latest passport size photographs , domicile certificates and CNIC must be attached with application .
