HOW TO APPLY : 

Candidates against the vacancies (BS- 07 to 15 ) will apply online on survey of Pakistan (SOP) website www.sop.gov.pk or www.surveyofpakistan.gov.pk 

Candidates against the vacancies of driver (BS- 04) will apply through the prescribed proforma which is also available on above mentioned  websites of survey of Pakistan 

Candidates must specify exam center in their application form 

An object type screening test for BS-7  to 15 will be out of Islamic studies , Pakistan studies , English , general knowledge and subject relevant to post  , lower division clerk (BS-11) will be having test , Driver (BS-04) will be having skilled / practical test & interview 

candidates will have to produce following documents in original and attested photocopies at the time of interview 

3 x latest passport size photographs 

attested copies of educational qualification 

attested copy of CNIC and domicile duly verified from concerned district authority

Experience certificates 

Attested copy of discharge certificate DASB / svc cert / NOC from concerned office 

Disability certificate showing nature of disability issued by district rehabilitation organization 

driving license (only those candidates who will apply for the post of driver )
