Job Responsibilities
Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Technical

Develop concept papers, reports, and technical summaries related to energy policy and power planning.

Assist in data modeling and research for energy transition scenarios.

Provide support for technology roadmaps and implementation strategies.

Conduct research studies for policy recommendations.
Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Information Technology

Provide support in IT functions, including software development, infrastructure management, and digital solutions.

Assist in troubleshooting, system optimization, and cybersecurity measures.

Conduct research on emerging technologies, digital transformation, and automation.

Develop IT policies, documentation, and feasibility reports.
Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Finance

Assist in financial modeling, tariff adjustments, circular debt analysis, and subsidy policies.

Eligibility Criteria ✅

Education: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience: Fresh graduates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.

Academic Performance: Minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 or 80% marks for final-year graduates and 65% marks for postgraduates.

Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.
