Key Responsibilities
Senior Legal Advisor and Legal Advisor will:

Represent PESSI in various courts, including labor courts, the High Court, and (for Senior Legal Advisor) the Supreme Court.

Offer legal counsel on labor law, social security regulations, and other relevant statutes.

Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents such as petitions, appeals, and legal opinions.

Liaise with relevant stakeholders to address legal issues promptly and effectively.

Attend meetings or hearings, and maintain consistent communication with the institution’s management.

Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and judicial precedents that may affect the institution’s operations.
