Download the form from website and fill by hand-writing.

Must read all the instructions mentioned on the Application Form. Carefully.

After filling the form, candidate should post his/her form alongwith Original Deposit Slip.

Deposit fee for each post in prescribed bank. Form should reach on or before 15.06.2023 through Courier.
